Tumor board
All patients are presented to the weekly tumor board before a treatment decision is made. At the interdisciplinary meeting, the diagnostic and therapeutic procedure is determined individually in accordance with internationally recognized guidelines. In this way, each patient receives a treatment proposal that is highly effective and has as few side effects as possible. Referrers also have the opportunity to present patients.
Hyperthermia tumor board
As part of the Swiss Hyperthermia Network, the ZIO participates in the weekly Hyperthermia Tumor Board.
