What is that?
Anthroposophical music therapy is an ancient form of therapy that works primarily through the breath. It works with many different instruments in the areas of blowing, bowing, plucking and strumming as well as with the singing voice. It is used both actively and passively and is repeated on a regular basis.
It gives us the opportunity to gain new experiences and enables us to listen in a different way to what we really need.
The human being is like a symphony that can no longer sound harmonious in an illness. Music therapy starts with the disharmony and tries to lead the person back to an "individual sounding balance". The exercises are based on the most original elements of music: melody, harmony and rhythm, played on very easy-to-play instruments, can have a direct effect on the person's organic system.
Without any previous musical knowledge, the patient can immerse himself actively or passively in the musical activity and thus exert a positive influence on his body, his mental state and his willpower.
