A Smooth Renovation for Improved Workflows and Greater Comfort
From October through December, infrastructure upgrades and improvements to patient care processes will take place at ZIO Zürichsee. On the ground floor, additional space is being created to offer a comprehensive, accessible range of therapies, and the ambiance is being refreshed. New workstations are now available for family members and companions. Patient care will not be restricted during the renovation phase. There will be changes to email communication with ZIO Zürichsee.

A minor renovation is underway at ZIO Zürichsee in Richterswil: From October through December, the existing facilities will be renovated, the infrastructure updated, and the ambiance enhanced. Additional accessible therapy and meeting rooms will be created on the ground floor. A newly installed elevator will connect the two floors and significantly improve practice operations.
Due to rapidly changing climate conditions, the treatment and consultation rooms are air-conditioned.
For family members and companions, there are two workstations will be available for use during therapy sessions. In addition, the visible wall facing the adjacent building will be covered with greenery and transformed into an visually energizing «green wall.».
«After the renovation, ZIO Zürichsee will have an even fresher and friendlier look,» says ZIO Managing Director Nadine Wilhelm. «We’re convinced that the renovation will create tangible added value for our patients. It’s also crucial that we’ll be able to simplify and improve patient care processes.”.
The ZIO Zürichsee will remain open throughout the renovation phase. «Our services will not be limited, and we are doing everything we can to minimize any disruption caused by noise or dust,» says Medical Director Dr. Michael Decker. «We would like to thank our patients in advance for their understanding.»
